I am a very slow working artist. Please do not expect me to deliver quickly. I struggle with certain conditions and mental disorders which already makes it difficult for me to focus for an extended time—additionally my motivation varies greatly. You can expect wait time to be between 2 weeks to 3 months, however I usually deliver within the 2- 3 week’s time. It depends on external circumstances too, ex: life situations. I apologize in advance.

Trades are always open for friends / mutuals, I can, however, still decline.

If you ask to trade and we do not engage much / recently became mutuals, you must deliver your part first.

If I have asked you to trade and you finished your part before me I have no requirements to hurry / explain myself as to why I may be slow on my part. If I ask it is often because I know I have the time— life is unpredictable though.

I expect our trades to be equal; if you deliver a sketch, you receive the same. However, I expect we discuss what type of trade we will be doing beforehand.

I often only accept trades from/with artists who are similar- or above my art level.

I can draw anything really, but I prefer feral ocs(fantasy and what not) over human/humanoid ocs.

You are strictly prohibited from training my art to AI slop, bitcoin, NFT or crypto currency. You cannot claim my work as your own either.

You’re not allowed to re-upload my work anywhere with the exception of TOY.HOUSE. Giving credit is a requirement. For artwork, please credit my main profile (@WolfieYote).

Personal use of the artwork is always allowed— e.g. printing it to hang up on your wall, using it as a profile picture etc…as long as credit is given and no profit is made from it. If you are unsure, always feel free to ask :>

The produced artwork holds its value and IS NOT made more expensive over time.

Trades are somewhat considered ‘free art’ and cannot be used to increase the monetary value / price of your character (if you were to sell said character, including an art trade illustration attached from me)

You are NOT allowed to remove my signature or watermark. Also I, WolfieYote, claim the rights to the produced illustration. Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

Promote myself with it everywhere

Publish books with it (artbooks, etc.)

Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)

Post it wherever I want. [Do let me know if you do not wish me publicly post it]

It is never first come, first serve. I may even ask what you want to do with desired adopt as I put heart and work into them and do not want them to rot away.

I have all the rights to decline an offer with no obligation to offer any explanation. Please do not be rude, if I don’t accept your offer, more opportunities will come.

If I accept your art-offer, I will reserve the adopt for you. You will get two weeks, where I also expect you to keep me updated—failing to do this, gives me every right to take back the reservation of said adopt and reserve it for anyone next in line. If life gets in the way, just tell me and we can discuss an extension. Failing to do this on multiple occasions will result in a temporary or permanent blacklist. Also, If you’re paying for a design, payment MUST be made within 24 hours.

I only accept money or often HQ art from people with similar- or above art level. Don’t be afraid to offer though, I don’t bite.

Partial payment and partial artwork is a-okay unless stated otherwise.

Once bought, you can make minor changes to the design. If you want to make a major change, please consult with me first. If you’re unsure, please write me—I will most likely be fine with it. As a general rule do not make it beyond recognizable.

Design trades are always open for mutuals and friends, however, I can still decline at any time because I rarely need a design.

I mostly colour on my own pre-made canine base—but you can change the species into your liking, all I require is credit for the design.

If you wish to re-home an adopt/design, please let me who the new owner is—remember to check the blacklist before selling them off.

You may not sell it for more than bought for, unless it comes with commissioned artwork of said character then you’re allowed to charge the value it holds then.

Credit must ALWAYS link back to me for the design —in the reference / first time drawing them. Ideally also in the description whenever you draw said adopt. If you can’t accept this, please buy your adopts elsewhere, I try to keep my prices and terms reasonable for anyone. I don’t ask for much.

Do NOT sell / trade to blacklisted individuals (must be recalled if you were unaware of it before completing the trade).

Creation of other "forms" of the original design is allowed, however, such versions are not to be separated. As an example, creating a human version of your canine character is perfectly fine as long as it is treated as the same character. You may not sell, trade, or gift it separately, since they are in essence the same design.

Do not make the character engage in unacceptable behaviour such as: pedophilic relationships and/or zoophilic acts etc.

I REQUIRE that I am tagged as the designer (@ WolfieYote_alt ) on Toy.House. I also require I am authorized. This is NOT up for discussion.
